B&N Consulting may be obliged to share your details with government officials whenever legal reporting requirements are in effect, or law enforcement agencies or private litigants in response to valid law enforcement processed (warrant, subpoena, or court order). Under these circumstances, sharing of your information is a legal obligation.B&N Consulting will never share / transfer Personal Data to non-business related third parties, to direct marketing organizations and / or to third parties located outside of the EEA.
How long will your data be stored?
B&N Consulting will retain your personal data for no longer than the period required to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For example, for clients and suppliers the main retention period applied is ten years after the termination of the contract, to the extent no diverging local retention periods exist. After that period, we will delete your personal data from our systems.
B&N Consulting does not store sensitive personal data such as race, medical information, religion, sexual orientation or criminal records. B&N Consulting does not store personal data of minors.What rights do you have regarding your data?Even if we already hold your personal data, under GDPR you still have rights in relation to them.
